Calling all Memories!!
Take a minute and leave a memory that you have with Christi, in her comments. Then if she gets a minute on her next P-day she can see that we are all thinking about her and the wonderful memories that we have with her!

I had heard rumors that my little sister, Christi, had this amazing voice, but living away from home for so long, I had not ever heard her sing. I had just graduated from BYU and had moved home for a stint...mom told me that Christi was singing a solo in her choir at Lakota Jr. High...so mom and I drove over and sat on the very front row of the bleachers. The choir began singing and part way through the song, Christi came forward to the microphone and in the soprano voice, like no other, began belting out...I was in complete shock, and with tears streaming down my face, I became a huge fan!!! Don't you ever stop singing...
Christi is extremely talented and I agree that her singing voice is so beautiful it brings you to tears. However, my favorite memory of Christi is when she took our daughter Katie's 6 month pictures at Picture People. Christi was so cute with our daughter and took the best shots while making Katie happy. I am glad Christi told us in church that it was a sin not to get our adorable daughters' picture taken and that she was the one that got to take the pictures.
i think one of my favorite memories of christi then i was her roommate is when she would go around the house, singing the flee commercial that has the litte puppys at camp. she would do a little dance and sing the song as loud as she could. it was very funny. every time i see the commercial i always laugh and think of christi!
-good luck on the mission! oh christi, i'm having a baby girl in november! just to let you know! i keep meaning to send a letter. i'll get one out asap!
My favorite memory of chris is. Every sunday watching a diseny movie then playing lego's. ever time we had to play house, 'cause Christi is no good at war enven though i wanted to play it.
Love ya Chris,
Keith
Christi...you were the smiliest little girl ever but you hated your hair brushed. You were a great teenager but argued about everything. Somehow, though, we managed to have some great camping trips...even though you did run into that motor home!!! I also, really had fun on our Seaside trip. But, I would have to say, my favorite place is to be wherever you are singing...Decatur auditorium that cute Sound of Music song; BYUId "Wishing you were somehow here again"; Christmas programs "O Holy Night"; and even this one..."Would you mind singing that again?" Christi, "Are you serious?" That was the best Stake Conference ever!
Thanks Christi, I love you more than you love me.
Mom
It's too hard to pinpoint one for tonight and so overall I have loved just watching her grow and mature and all of the years in between. Beginning with the days of her saying, "Up, Up!" or her older siblings saying "Shame Shame!" just to see her cry and then we'd have to remind her to breathe! She wore red and pink...ughhhh! Falling asleep in Kindergarten and I had to bring her home. Trying to teach her the sounds of the alphabet and she refused! Summers home during college...making her dinner and spending at least an hour trying to kill a wolf spider that kept hiding underneath the bunk bed. Her visit to Las Vegas. Scrapbook days in Seattle. Painting my home and organizing my classroom! Begging her to go on walks and shopping for jeans! But at the top of my list is definitely hearing Christi sing and our conversations about life and the gospel!! I love you so very much!
Love always and forever, Vicki
Ok Stephanie stole mine- but Christi was the only one that Olivia our now 4 year old would smile for- she got great shots and we loved seeing her monthly in there even before we knew each other were members of the church! Oh and Christi being Olivia's nursery "teacher"- which was awesome and she still LOVES you!!!We miss you Christi and are so proud of the amazing job you're doing- there is no better place for you to be right now! Olivia says hi also and is very excited that she knows a "girl missionary"!!
This might gross some of you out...one day I was giving Christi a hug and I licked her like a dog...so, everytime one of us would hug the other we would attempt to lick each other. I know sick but we LOVE it!!! Chris--I'm so proud of you and all your had work and dedication. Lick Lick!!!!
Oh the memories as roomies at the Bonnie and Gary home. What fun we had! I have all good memories of you Chris! I remember when my friend got off of his mission and came over to hang out and we made muddy buddies, we were covered in powdered sugar! You were always a great girl and have grown into a wonderful and beautiful woman!
The famous booty dance. Is there need for further explination!!!
Love ya millions
